The 2003 Congress was the Lovian federal legislature from February 1st 2003 to January 31st 2004, elected in the Federal Elections, 2003. It was the first democratically elected Congress, after the Royal Legislative Council and King Arthur III of Lovia had agreed on establishing it in 2002, finally departing from the semi-democratic approach.
