Albert Tremaire was a Lovian-French fashion designer. Born in Tours, France in 1922, he took an interest in fashion design early on in his life. He died in 2018.
Fashion career[]
Tremaire began designing fashion clothes in the late 1940s. In 1953, he moved to Lovia and began doing photoshoots of fashion models, the Royal family and other celebrities. He established his fashion label, Albert, in 1957. By then his style was cemented; striking designs which were both simple and complex at the smae time. It was rumored he had an romance affair with one of his models, Coletta Grambini. This was widely reported by the press throughout 1959. In 1965, he married a model of his, Jackie Grable. He and Jackie had a daughter, Diane in 1970 and a son, Louis in 1973. Tremaire retired from fashion design in the 1980s, but occasionally designs some clothes.
