Andrew Janek Frederick Ramsley (1880-1915) was a Lovian businessman and a member of the Ramsley Family in Lovia, the son of Edward A. Ramsley and his wife Bara.
Biography[]
Arthur was born in Hurbanova on 13 April 1880, the first Ramsley to be born in Lovia. He did his schooling in Hurbanova and Noble City.
Marriage and later life[]
His marriage was an important one, since it united the Ramsley and Coningham families. He was married to Silvia Coningham in 1902. They had 5 kids, Albert Arthur Ramsley (1903-1966) , Isabel Ramsley (born 1905) Stanley Ramsley (1906-1979), Manon Ramsley (1908-1988) and Bara Ramsley (1910-1991). He inherited his father's companies and was greatly involved with them. In 1915 he joined the British Army (the BEF) to fight in Europe. In a British attack on German positions, during the Battle of Loos he died in combat. He was interred in Hurbanova.
