Andrew Lucy (1864-1941) was a San Francisco-born Lovian merchant, businessman and politician, serving as Mayor of Sofasi. Born in the United States, he was involved in shipping to and from the city from the 1890s. After the Earthquake of 1906, he moved to Sofasi where he went into real estate, constructing a number of houses in the city, including the current governor's residence/office, Lucy House.

Andrew James Lucy was born on 21 March 1864. His parents lived comfortably in San Francisco, though were originally from New York.
In 1922, he was elected Mayor of Sofasi and served until 1930.
