Beaver River Mouth (Oceana: Rike o'thie Bobors Hine Ust) is one of the rural districts of the state of Oceana. Its capital is Newmouth. Other settlements are Tshadsa and Westwall. The district has a total population of 537 inhabitants.
Demographics[]
According to the 2015 census, the racial make-up of the district was 537 white (100%); ethnically there were 224 Oceana (41,71%), 197 Slovaks (36,39%), 74 Lovians (13,78%), 28 Dutch people (5,21%), 5 Poles (0,93%), 2 Americans (0,37%), and 7 others (1,30%). The first-language distribution was recorded as 337 English (62,76%), 126 Slovak (23,46%), 54 Oceana (10,06%), 11 Dutch (2,05%), 5 Polish (0,93%), and 4 other Germanic (0,74%). The distribution of religious affiliations was 377 Roman Catholic (70,20%), 22 United Protestant (4,10%), 18 Dutch Protestant (3,35%), 4 Lutheran (0,74%), 2 Evangelic-Christian (0,37%), 1 other Protestant (0,19%), and 113 with no religious affiliation (21,04%).
Economy[]
According to the 2013 census, the working population is 330 (69,5%), of which 84 have no registrated jobs (25,5%) and 17 are unemployed (5,2%).
