The Chinese Sam's Chopstick House is a Lovian Chinese fast food restaurant chain. It is a part of Charles Cartier's fast-food empire, Rapid Foods. It was founded in 1977 by Sam Li in Clave Rock, and had enjoyed popularity since it was the first (and one of few) Chinese restaurants in Lovia. In 1980, the restaurant was bought out by Cartier, expanded and greatly commercialized. Now, most of the food is ready-made or preheated "Chinese" food and much of it is Americanized for western tastes.
