Forum:Kings State Council Elections

Welcome to the Kings State Council Election page! Here you can run for State Councillor and voice your opinion through voting. This is going to work in a similar fashion to SC elections everywhere else, but make sure you read the full rules in the Kings State Law, as some may vary.

Oh, and in the State Law it says elections for the State Council should occur in October. In future they will, but we're doing it late this year because I couldn't pass the law until I became Governor. Also, I moved the previous discussion on this page to Forum talk:Kings State Council Elections.

Candidacies open Monday 4th November at 7am GMT (2am EST, 8am CET)

Candidacies[]

Any Lovian citizen who has reached the age of 18 and has a residence in Kings may run in these elections.

Fill out your candidacy form like this:

Name (e.g Random Citizen)- Small party logo, party name; slogan
- Candidacy filed: Use four tildes (~)
- Residence within the state (e.g Newhaven)

REMEMBER- Each citizen may run in a maximum of four districts, and a maximum of two urban districts

OPEN- MONDAY 4TH NOVEMBER
CLOSED- MONDAY 11TH NOVEMBER

Voting[]

Any Lovian citizen who has reached the age of 18 and has a residence in Kings may vote with a Major Vote, Minor Vote and Support Vote in the districts in which they live. They may not use more than one vote on themselves

Any Lovian citizen who has reached the age of 18 and has a residence in Kings may vote with a Minor Vote and Support Vote in the districts in which they do not live.

Any Lovian citizen who has reached the age of 18 may vote with a Support Vote in one rural area.
