Francis Drake Park
The Francis Drake Park is a Lovian city park in Drake Town, Hurbanova. It's named after Francis Drake, who is thought to be the first discoverer of the Lovia Archipelago. The most famous attraction of the park is the Slinkni Brana. There is a large pool, as well as a very well-known fountain. Next to the park are located the cricket grounds of CK Hurbanova Cricket Club.
It is maintained by the National Monument Service.
Fountain[]
The Francis Drake Fountain is located in the park; it is one of the largest fountains in the country. It was built in 1998.
The fountain is notable for the many colourful lights installed, which turn on at night and execute complex patterns. Live music is often played there as well.
