HSF publishes all its results and reveals them to the Lovian press, in the first place to Founders Inc members and Clymene Today. High in the Sky Forecasting is a joint venture between Founders Inc and Lokixx Comp. and is managed by Prince Dimitri and Robin Ferguson. The headquarters are in Hightech Valley SO and there is a local office in Industrial Park NC too.
