Howard Mountains District (Hexacode: CL-HM) is one of the rural districts of the state of Clymene. It is located on Asian Island. It comprises the brunt of the Howard Mountains. Its capital is Glesga, the only settlement in the entire district.
Howard Mountains District is considered one of the most beautiful parts of Clymene. It comprises the mountainous heartland of Asian Island, and has a rich flora and fauna.
