Hyperkids Melody is an electronic outfit releasing chiptune, indietronica and witch house music. They have worked together with Infant, Teknik Bass and Tapedeck Destroyer. Hyperkids Melody is a duo, consisting of Martin JUng from Portland and Moira Martinson from Train Village.
Hyperkids Melody produces music with the aid of gaming console circuits, modified synthesizers, ataris, phones and every conceivable household appliance. The band aims to create music out of mundane things or electronical devices with the ability to produce sound, without being intended to make music with. It is closely tied to the chiptune genre popular in Scandinavia, and has played concerts in Sweden multiple times.
Hyperkids Melody is signed to Warped Records.
Hyperkids Melody produced and acted in the movie ▲ together with the members of Konikaami no Konikaami and Nothing The Black Celebration in 2013.
