Marie Isabel Ramsley (1905-2014) was a Lovian socialite and member of the Ramsley Family. She was born to Andrew Frederick Ramsley and Silvia Coningham. Though she was born to a prominent business family, she had no interest whatsoever in the family business. She was instead a fashion designer, and dressed very well. She was also an actress, appearing in Jack and Gilles and A Noble Encounter. She was married to socialite Alessandro Mancini from 1926-1928 and had one son, Mario Mancini. and to Charles Pennington from 1931 to 1974. She had two kids, Victor Pennington-Ramsley and Anna Pennington-Ramsley.
Later life[]
Isabel continued designing fashion after her childerns births. In the 1950s, she began smoking for a long time. It's a surprise she lived to be very old (she turned 100 in 2005). Her family finally convinced her to quit smoking in 2006. But, since she left the fashion industry in the 1960s, she joined a gym in 1964 and had become very active. Some of her feats included:
- Running in the Boston Marathon, 1965. (Couldn't finish though)
- She biked across Sylvania in 1967 and Oceana in 1968.
She holdd the record for the oldest living relative to a member of the Royal family (she was the sister of Princess Manon).
