J.W. Pennington Primary School offers a broad and general elementary education, including much English language lessons, two to four hours mathematics per week and a balanced selection of history, geography, science and computer classes. There are swimming courses in the first and second grade. In the sixth, one hour of teaching on world religions is included. The curriculum is almost identical to the R. Pennington Primary School's.
