Judy Tinkey Pennington (March 4, 1949, Noble City) is a Lovian lawyer, university professor and a member of the well-known Pennington Family. She is the third child of Robert Pennington, Governor of Sylvania, and Lizzy Tinkey Pennington. Judy T. Pennington also is the youngest granddaughter of the former Sylvania Governor James W. Pennington. She was allowed to the bar in 1974 and had been a lawyer until 1999. She then became a university professor in law studies at Nobel University - now Blackburn University. Together with Professors Brandon Culligan and Fatima Ilyas she conducts a research on irreligious communities in Lovia in 2010 at the Blackburn RCRS. In late 2010, she joined Salinger Legal Counsel and began working at the bar again. She combines her academic career with her legal career.
