Kaunas Berghe-Hrád (Alkmaar, 1874 - Hurbanova, 1934) was the third governor of Oceana from 1909 to 1911. Even though only his father was Dutch, his mother was Slovak, he was proud to have "Western European blood" and therefore he was hubristic.
