Kennedy Primary School is a Lovian primary (or elementary) school in Little Frisco, Noble City operated by the Noble Educational Corporation. Its name refers to the first Governor of Sylvania, Bruce Kennedy.

Kennedy Primary School offers a broad and general elementary education, including many English language lessons. Mathematics are taught two to three hours per week, and arts constantly three. The proportions of history, geography and science are quite normal. Computer classes are offered more often than usually in the second, third and fourth grades.
The curriculum only differs a little from the other primary schools of the Noble Educational Corporation. It is notable that Kennedy Primary does not offer any form of education on religions or life questions, contrary to other NEC schools.
