The King Arthur Apartments is a luxurious apartment building located at 4 Law Street, Downtown, Noble City. It is the most exclusive apartment building in Noble CIty, if not in Lovia due to its location (it is right beside Congress). The original building was designed by Adams and Fletcher in 1927, and was 9 floors. In 2008, a 2 floor penthouse was added. Prices have gone up over the years. The standard apartments cost around $500,000 and the 9th floor one costs around $1,000,000. The penthouse suite costs about $5,000,000. The building is owned by Coningham Properties.

The magnificent penthouse suite was completed in 2008 for Prince Andrew and Dalia Donia. It is an eco-penthouse, with solar panels and rain collection devices. It cost about $5,000,000 and is amongst the most expensive properties in Lovia. He and his wife, Dalia Donia, currently live there.
