Mélisande Gallagher (April 23, 1980) is a Lovian writer of epic poetry and a visual artist. She is the daughter of the well-known alternative history writer Percival E. Galahad (born Gallagher). Mélisande is married to Luke Graham, one of the four "Graham Evangelists".

Early life and education[]

Mélisande was born April 23, 1980, as the first of two children born to Percival E. Gallager (pseudonym Galahad) and Guin Wallon. She named after the Marianne Stokes painting by that name. Mélisande studied History at Nobel University.

Personal life[]

Mélisande, nicknamed Mel, has been married to Luke Graham since 2006. She gave birth to a daughter Rhiannon Graham on August 2nd, 2008. Currently, Mélisande Gallagher is pregnant of a second child.

In May 2010, she campaigned with her father Percival E. Galahad, who is a candidate in the Mid-Terms.

Poetry[]

Mélisande Gallagher started writing poetry in 1996, aged 16. In 1999 she published her first poems in a literary magazine and in 2000 she published Wanderer's Odyssey, her first poetry book. Though not a commercial success, Gallagher became a prominent poet in Lovian literary life. Gallagher still writes epic poetry, and hasn't had her great break-through yet.
