The Medical Centers of Lovia (sometimes shortened MCOF or MCoF or MCF) project is a group backed by the Department of Welfare that assures that there is at least one medical center in each major city of Lovia, which was one of Edward Hannis's promises as Secretary of the Department of Welfare. All hospitals are free to enter, and are completely payed for by taxpayers.
