The Morgan Plantation is an old farm located in southern Charleston, Sylvania. The farm was bought by Hawaiian-American businessman Charles H. Morgan in 1896, and began a large pineapple plantation. Originally sold from a fruit stand to the locals, Morgan's fruit quickly grew in popularity and was sold at various grocery stores by 1900. Expanding to grow other tropical and subtropical fruit, Morgan's Fruit became the largest produce producers in Lovia.
