Morning Drive Apartments is an apartment building in Ferguson Beach Village, Clymene. The apartment building has eight floors, and is owned by a Lovian entrepreneur.
Currently, seven floors are yet to have been purchased. It is solely for residential use, unlike Morning Office Apartments, whereby all but one floor is solely for office use. The apartments are spacious, and contain an excellent view of the sea. All apartments may be purchased for €610,000, however in order to purchase the penthouse, the owner must be contacted.
