Nicomedia: Wolfram's Heritage 2065-2120 is a Lovian alternative history fiction novel by Percival E. Galahad. It narrates the history of the Empire of Nicomedia after the death of Wolfram of Nicomedia, and is the second novel of the Nicomedia series. Wolfram's Heritage was published in 2002.

Story[]

Whereas The Rise of an Empire saw the coup by the marxist rebels and the reign of the great Wolfram of Nicodemia, Wolfram's Heritage begins at his deathbed. His eldest son Kemal inherits the throne and starts off as a strict, cruel though intelligent emperor. He puts lots of effort in education, international diplomacy and natural resources. In 2078, he survives a failed murder attempt and coup. After 34 years of Kemal's repressive regime, the emperor falls ill and is temporarily replaced by his brother Wolfram II. Under suspicious circumstances, Kemal dies and Wolfram claims the throne. He however, is killed on the very day of his inauguration, supposedly by Georgian fascists. Wolfram's sister, Agnes, refuses the throne, and it is thus given to their nephew, Fatih of Nicomedia. He manages to restore the power of the emperor. Fatih's mastered to build a sham democracy that was successful in most of its projects. In 2120, the emperor all of a sudden disappears...
