The Noble City Bay Area is an urban Lovian region in Sylvania, on Peace Island. This region, named after the Noble City Bay, is the most urbanized, industrialized and populated area of the Lovia Archipelago and is largely dominated by the federal capital Noble City. There are over 60,000 people residing within the bay area.
It is a flat area along the bay with a mild climate. The southern-most tip of the Noble City Bay Area is called the Sylvanian Tip.
