The Northern Abby Building is a modern apartment building in the southeastern corner of Abby Springs, eleven stories high, the property of the Kings government. Most of the apartments are for residence but two are reserved for administrative purposes. The apartment building has two exclusive rooms. If you want to rent or buy a place, you should ask the Governor.
