The Northern Abby Building is a modern apartment building in the southeastern corner of Abby Springs. This apartment building contains eleven stories. Ten of them are for sale. Most of the apartments are for living but two are meant for administrative goals. The apartment building has two exclusive rooms. The apartment building is property of the Newhaven government. If you want to rent or buy a place, you should ask the mayor.
