The people of Oceana are called Oceana. They mostly live in the town of Hurbanova, though some people live in the forests. Most people are from American, Slovak or Polish origin, but they got mixed after a few years. Most people have been brought here from Eastern Europe to go work in the colemines (coleshecks as people call it in Oceana)
Some older people may still speak the language of Oceana, which has been heavily influenced by Slovak and Polish.
