Oslobodenia 'Oshenna (English: Liberty of Oceana) is a former settlement, created in November 2011, and was the capital of the Empire of Oceana during the Lovian Civil War, and is now a ghost town and isolated tourist destination. It was situated on the Isle of London in the scarcely inhabited City Archipelago. At its peak during the war, the city was home to some 300 insurrectionists trying to escape from the official government.
After the Civil War, the town was abandoned as it was evacuated. Most buildings remained at the site for about two years for investigations. Most buildings were taken down in September 2013. As of now, only two buildings remain: a visitor center and a military establishment; both constructed following the take-over of the settlement by UNLOR.
Demography[]
The entire population recognized itself as being part of the Oceana nationality, although there were a few of ethnic differences. Even so, the majority of the population had Slavic ancestors from Hurbanova.
Government[]
The holding authority was Government Ský I under Emperor Octavian, who led the Empire of Oceana.
