Rashkoliť Shadenki was a mayor of Hurbanova. He followed Kelový as mayor of Hurbanova and was known to be fairly progressive, socialist, and pro-Slovak. As mayor, he had to deal with the Hurbanova Fire in 1884. He decided the town would still be built with wooden materials out of respect for Oceana's Eastern European forefathers. He was mayor from 1883 until 1886.
