Rosana de Oliveira-Torres is the daughter of James Torres. Her current occupation is a model and a soldier. She was born in Italy, 1987, to Torres and Rosa de Oliveira during the holiday's. She grew up with her mother in Italy and then she came to Lovia in 1995. In 2005 she became a fashion model for Magazine Mode until 2008. That year she joined the Italian Army as a sniper, which her father and his good friend Anatoli Bershov helped to train her. In 2009 she was sent to combat in Afghanistan and served for 2 years before she got to leave in 2011. Rosana returned to Lovia to fight in the Lovian Civil War for the Special Forces of Lovia. In November 2011 she was made the Federal Police Commissioner.

Born into the large and wealthy Torres family, de Oliveira-Torres grew up used to a life in the spotlight. Having dated a number of well-to-do men from Lovian society, she met Alejandro Ruiz del Cruz (son of I. G. La Blaca) in 2011, and they became engaged. Before they married, he died in the Civil War. Currently, Oliveira-Torres is linked by some gossip magazines to Christopher Costello. This relationship, however, has not been confirmed.
