Russell Franz Brandt is a retired businessman, notable for serving as CEO of both Honecker Holdings, Ltd. and Veprom (now Ecompany). Brandt was influential in the decision to make Veprom an all-green energy company, and was also influential in the creation of LovOilCo, which was owned primarily by him and his son, Dirk Brandt.

Early Life[]
Born in 1952, Russell Franz Brandt was the second son of Ernst Brandt, a notable German-Lovian businessman who owned the Brandt Fishing Corporation. Born at Brandt Manor near Bergdorf, Brandt was an avid fisherman, but also enjoyed the outdoors in general. Brandt spent much of his youth in the Grandforest Hills, along with his older brother, Thomas.
Russell was well-educated, having graduatedNobel University with a BS degree in Business in 1973.

Brandt's first job after graduating from Nobel University was in the financial sector with Caroline Honecker's Honecker Holdings, Ltd. Working as an analyst for Honecker Finance, Brandt managed to be elevated to Director of Honecker Finance in 1979. Brandt then oversaw the successful creation of CreditGuard, which led to his promotion to CEO of Honecker Holdings in 1985.
Brandt would continue to build up the Honecker brand under first Caroline, and later Dietrich, Honecker as President.
