Sergeant C. Chaikowski (Martin, 1854 - Hurbanova, 1959) was a former Governor of Oceana. He was appointed as Governor on March 12, 1940 by Michal Opať as the elected Governor, Michal Hrbiť, and the Governor appointed thereafter, Tim Ealdeast, both had died. He was succeeded by Flint Hladovka.
Even though he was not in the army, he was known as Sergeant.
