Shadwell Inc is a Lovian holding founded January 16, 2010, by George Matthews, King Dimitri and Martha Van Ghent. Shadwell Inc has close ties with Walker Inc and Founders Inc. Shadwell unites food-producing and distributing companies in Lovia.

Shadwell Inc began with Vineyard Stores, the shop chain originally founded by Martha Van Ghent. In addition, Rocket Whispering was purchased. In March, 2010, three Walker Inc companies were transferred to Shadwell: McMarket (supermarkets), Pierlot Pizza (restaurants), and The Ranch (agriculture).
McMarket was sold to Traspes-based Grupo Iper in 2013. The following year, in 2014, Pietro's became an independent company and rebranded to Pierlot Pizza.
