Silvia Birkeland (1933-2008) was a Norwegian-Lovian politician and Governor of Clymene. She served as governor from 1967-1973 and 1977-1981, leading the Clymene Socialists over 10 years.
Birkeland was born in Sofasi. Her family came from Tromsø to Lovia in 1930.
