StL potatoes[]

Live healthy, be healthy and enjoy it!

The potato species, known as StL, contain "important vitamins and minerals, providing about 45% of the Daily Value of vitamin C, 18% of potassium and 10% of vitamin B6." Further more, the traces of thiamin, riboflavin, folate, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc in the StL are remarkably balanced. The fiber content of the Solanum tuberosum Lovanium potato with skin (2 grams) equals that of many whole grain breads, pastas, and cereals. In addition to vitamins, minerals and fiber, the Solanum tuberosum Lovanium potatoes also contain an assortment of phytochemicals such as carotenoids and polyphenols.

Supplier[]

The StL potato is supplied to the restaurants of P'tite P'tatte, where it accompanies different meals prepared by the famous chef Francis Zichy and his team. Francis Zichy, a chef with hungarian roots (whose ancestors fled Hungary only a few hours before the Hungarian Revolution of 1848 started) has won a lot of praise from connoisseurs for his delicately flavored dishes prepared with non-expensive ingredients, such as the StL potato.
