Stanley is a Lovian hamlet in the state of Kings. It is the administrative seat of the Windthorn Shores district of the state. It is located on the eastern coast, near eroded, declining sea cliffs. It is surrounds the Deluded Stream (though mostly on the southern bank), a meandering stream whose source in near the Deluded Rock, and thus downstream from the hamlet of Sunderland. Stanley was founded in 1888 by American settlers and immigrants from Noble City. English is the primary language in the hamlet. The hamlet's economy is based mostly on aquaculture and fishing, and in the past, logging, processing logs floating down from up stream. The population was once much higher, but has declined due emigration from the lack of economic activity.
