The six private health care charities in Sylvania are referred to Sylvanian Healthcare Organisations. The organisations are currently funded through charitable donations and large funding from the Sylvanian Government. They provide a comprehensive range of services which are free at the point of use for most. Some provide more extensive care than others and the more minor charities often rely on Noble City Care and Plains Health to provide for the gaps in their care. The individual charities are:
- Noble City Care
- East Sylvanian Health Charity
- Plains Health
- Highland Health
- Headlands Healthcare Charity
- Pool Clinical Care
All are often referred to as the Sylvanian Healthcare Service or the SHS. The charities were founded in may 2015 after Lukas Hoffmann arranged for their creation with the involvement of many previously private medical experts and already charitable health workers.
