Urban Lovian English is marked in green
Urban Lovian English is a group of Lovian English urban dialects spoken in the Noble City Bay Area, Newhaven and the middle class population of other towns. In the 1980s it became the most popular and prestigious regional variety of Lovian English. In Kings, the variety is now being spoken in the entire state, replacing Northern Lovian English as the vernacular of the northern half of the island.
It is very close to Californian.
