Willard is a Lovian hamlet in the state of Seven. It is located in the east of American Island.
The settlement was founded in 1915 as a fishing settlement by Paul Willard, one of the first American immigrants to Seven. Its economy has always been based around fishing, which accounts for most of the exports of the village. Willard has been suffering severe problems related to loss of population and economic failure. Seven's tourism boom passed it by, due to the lack of any particular natural attractions in this part of Seven. There is also little need these days for fishermen to operate out of small isolated settlements, as they can work with equal ease from Kinley. The population of Willard is very old, with over half the population over the age of 60. Only a quarter of the population is employed.
